Cooling Product OPTI-2410
Contains a state of the art cooling product. Contains Molybdate for easy testing. Contains
Terpolymer, Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metal inhibitors for complete scale and corrosion
protection.
Maintain normal dosage of 1.5-2.0 Moly 6+. For heavily scaled system it is possible to
use this product @ 3-5 ppm moly6+ and slowly clean-up a system.
With the Molybdate testing system you are ensured of accurate dosing and repeatable
results. Results of being scale free,and low corrosion rates.
Testing Parameters
Molybdenum as MO+6 1.5-2.0 ppm
Polymer as PTU 1.5-3.0 units

Cooling Product OPTIMUM 27
Contains a blend of polyphosphates to act as a cathodic inhibitor for low-hardness water.
Low hardness waters less than 5 ppm TH in make-up. This product also contains a
Terpolymer for superior sludge control.

possible to use this product @ 3-5 ppm Phosphonate(HEDP) and slowly clean-up a
system.
This product will produce results of being scale free, and low corrosion rates with
a NO Moly Formula

Cooling Product OPTI-KLEEN
State of the art patented system cleaner. Opti-Kleen should be used in conjunction with a
Solid Approach biocide or another bio dispersant.
Opti-Kleen is environmentally safe, biodegradable and considered a bio-film dispersant.
Add approximately 1.5 gal per 1000 gallons of tower water at standard 5 psi rating.
This is for
normal
Once a week dosage used in conjunction with alternating biocide or other biofilm dispersant .
Check efficiency through
use of paddle testers for standard plate count.
For heavily fouled system add 2.5 gallons of above mixture weekly.
As with all biocides Opti-kleen works best with bleed lockout timer.
Opti-Kleen does not have to be EPA registered so can reduce reporting as well as
reporting end-user.

Cooling Product SPERSE ALL
Sperse-all contains a perfect blend of enhanced biofilm dispersants. SperseAll contains
metal inhibitors to further add corrosion protection to the tower loop.
SperseAll can be used
in conjunction with Opti-Kleen providing a non regulated program maintaining Tower and
equipment free of biological debris.
SperseAll is environmentally safe, biodegradable and considered a bio-film dispersant.
Add approximately 1/2 gal per 1000 gallons of tower water at standard 5 psi rating. This is
for normal once a week dosage used in conjunction with alternating biocide or other biofilm
dispersant.
Check efficiency through use of paddle testers for standard plate count.

primarily for increased corrosion protection in systems that are not environmentally
sensitive.

Cooling Product PH MINUS
Contains essentially 99.5%active Sulfamic Acid.
Utilized in existing cooling systems where PH control is utilized. Maintain Ph as desired.
PH Minus will extend the calcium solubility while lowering Ph if needed for added Galvanic
Protection.
TESTING PARAMETERS
PH maintain recommended levels for galvanization,passivating or for for Ph control in
cooling water loops.
Cooling Product Sump Buddy
Sump Buddy solid is a blend of Organo-Nitrogen technology packaged in solid canister.
This product gives outstanding success in killing Algae, Fungi and Bacteria.
Especially effective against Aerobic Slime formers.
This product is EPA registered but has a very favorable environmental properties as the
active ingredient is non-persistent and degrades to naturally occuring products.
This product is very cost effective vs ISO or Glutaraldehyde.
Its dosage is regulated by paddle testing and in most instances a once a week
dosage is sufficient. It should be used alternately with Opti-Kleen.
This combination is effective in guarding against Legionella growth. Legionella
testing should be performed to test dosages and killing efficiency.
Dosage is 0.1-1.5 lbs per 1,000 gallons of system water
Sump Buddy contains 40% active DBNPA . (2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide)
Cooling Product Purobrom
Purobrom is a heavy oxidizer for tough systems that require bromine.
Purobrom is an alternating biocide, it utilizes bromine technology for a highly effective
killing of microorganisms.
This product is a heavy oxidizer and will clean-up, the heaviest
fouled system. When used as directed will effectively control Algae, Bacteria and fungi
in commercial /industrial power cooling systems. It should be used alternately with Opti-
Kleen.
This combination is effective in guarding against Legionella growth. Legionella
testing should be performed to test dosages and killing efficiency.
Dosage is 0.1-3.0 lbs per 1,000 gallons of system water
Purobrom contains 92.5% 1-Bromo-3chloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin
Cooling Product BT-925
BT-925 is an oxidizing biocide.
